MEET KENDALL HITCH.
I’m an Integrative Health Practitioner and Somatic Therapist blending applied neuroscience, somatic healing, and naturopathic principles to help women heal from anxiety, chronic illness, and burnout.
My approach is rooted in both science and lived experience, after years of navigating chronic illness and hormonal chaos, I discovered that no protocol works when the nervous system doesn’t feel safe.
Through my Rooted Restore Method and now Embodied Resilience, I guide women back to trust, vitality, and inner peace by addressing the root of dysregulation: the nervous system.
